If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.
Please contact us before you send the product(s) back to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Once we receive your item we will process your request. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are beyond 14 days will no longer be available for return.
If your item arrived damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Send us pictures or videos of your damaged item for a full refund or exchange.
Custom order is not eligible for return or exchange.
